Life with ADHD can feel like too much, too fast, all at once.

ADHD Coaching with Kaleidoscope Mindset is based on the Executive Framework by ADHD Works.

Which is driven to work with you to uncover your strengths, develop ADHD-friendly strategies, hold you accountable and work with your brain, instead of against it.

What can you expect… *

  • Before we dive into details or deep work, we’ll start with a free Intro Call. This is our chance to:

    • Get to know each other and make sure the coaching relationship feels like a safe and supportive fit.

    • Explore your questions, discuss the different program options, and walk through the ADHD Works-inspired methods.

    • Decide together on the length and intensity of the program that works best for you.

  • Each session is built around:

    • Identifying your unique challenges

    • Navigating them with clarity and confidence

    • Building systems that align with the way your brain works

This isn’t about “fixing” you. Coaching with the Kaleidoscope Mindset is about helping you grow by leaning into your natural strengths.

  • As part of every program, you’ll receive:

    • Lifetime access to all notes, documents, and methods shared during coaching

    • Carefully structured and recorded materials you can revisit anytime for a refresher or new perspective

    • A blend of support, awareness, and accountability in every session

  • Depending on the program, our work will span 4–10 weeks. Together, we’ll:

    • Set and develop meaningful goals

    • Move at a pace that works for you

    • Create space where you feel truly heard, while also being supported to hold yourself accountable

What feels overwhelming at first becomes strength, resilience, and momentum you can harness in daily life.

All or Nothing

No half measures. Only full power.

In true ADHD style, this program is a full deep dive into the strengths and challenges of ADHD across professional, personal, and social environments. It’s designed for those ready to go all-in and commit fully to transformation.

We’ll work with the natural rhythm of ADHD in an intense yet, safe environment.

Instead of focusing on what’s wrong, focus on what’s right – your unique strengths, abilities and passions. It might sound cheesy, but if you feel like you don’t fit in this world, it’s because you’re here to help create a new one.

Writing has never been my strongest skill… I’ve got tons of ideas, but sometimes it’s tricky to get them out of my head and onto the page. A few of the other pages are in German, so the style might feel a bit different here and there.
