ABOUT ME…

Hi, I’m Kristin,

I am an ADHD Works certified Coach with experiences in various areas of busy-ness. As someone with ADHD myself, I bring lived experience into my coaching. All of which builds a foundation for a multifaceted and unique perspective.

I believe that ADHD is not just a challenge — it’s also an opportunity for growth, creativity, and self-discovery. Every person is as unique as their experience. That’s why my coaching is personalized and adapted with you together.

Why am I a coach?

I have experienced how difficult and beautiful life with ADHD can be. Specifically, I know what a difference the correct support and accountability can make when working, growing and facing daily challenges. For many years, I had support around me, however with missing understanding. Only once I started openly speaking about my challenges and hearing from other people did I start believing that I was not broken or crazy - my brain just works differently.

That’s why, I would like to be the support that I wish I had received sooner.

My journey began with one goal: to support neurodivergent people facing the same self-doubt and overwhelm I once did. Today, I also work with their managers, partners, and parents, helping build bridges of empathy and effective communication.

With a background in business, international management, fashion, and lived experience with AuADHD, I bring both structure and creativity to my sessions.

Let’s explore your unique kaleidoscope together — and better work with your strengths.
