Coaching should always be the right fit for you — that means finding the right coach, the right timing, the right intensity, and the right duration.
During the sessions we will reflect and acknowledge the challenges and the strengths. Discuss and apply strategies, while providing insight, understanding and building confidence
Coaching is not therapy, but it works with you to expand your toolbox so that you feel enriched, confident, and better equipped to handle your daily moments.
Coaching is continuous should be limited, that’s why we offer different durations, lengths allowing you to find the combination that fits your needs best.

Individual Consultation
A once off consultations, ideal for first evaluations or set sessions to get started.
This consultation is structured for individuals exploring the possibility that a neurodiverse explanations, this includes themselves parents or partners.
This service is most commonly used by Parents, teachers or other members interacting with Neurodiverse individuals to help understand their challenges and have questions answered by someone who might understand.
Duration: 60 minutes, including conclusions and tips.
